Kayne nodded and leaned down to pick up his coat when they had moved off of it. "Yeah I agree with you" he said as he shook out his jacket and hung it over his shoulder. Looking back at her he smiled and stretched, "You have any plans after this?" He asked as he started walking. He kept at a slow pace and looked back occasionally at the little remlits but turned his attention towards her again. After parting ways with her later in the evening he went back to his normal routine.

Over the next few days, Kayne visited the remlits with his partner. Taking notes on their behavior each day, kayne noticed subtle changes in each of them. On the last day of the project Kayne sat and watched them, smiling to himself. "Ending note, Spot is the lazy one, he always seemed to be sleeping everytime I visited. His brother and sister are still hyper, Mittens more so than Brownie. Brownie seems to be the oldest of the bunch and doesn't mind climbing over me" he wrote. "Oh and ending note once again, they are all healthy and well taken care of" he finished. Closing his notebook and getting up he walked back to the campus and went to turn in his report.
